Subscription Terms

Weekly and monthly packages

On our Website, the Company can offer subscription packages for further access to features and areas within the Website. In general, we offer a short period and monthly packages.

We may offer free or paid periods (depends on the promotion). We may, at our sole discretion, alter or terminate any offer, your ability to access the Service during the initial period, or any of these conditions without prior notice and without assuming any liability. Please note that if a initial period is offered, this will be explicitly stated on the price screen before the checkout. If this is not the case, you will purchase our monthly package without a initial period.

We may also offer additional premium features during your use. Such premium features will be provided for an additional fee, separate from the fee of the initial or the monthly package.

Subscriptions: 

  1. 1 Month Subscription: $38.95 / 28 days ($1.39 per 1 day)
  2. 1 Week Subscription: $17.77 / 7 days, then $38.95 / 28 days ($2.53 per 1 day)
  3. 3 Month Subscription: $66.65 / 86 days ($0.79 per 1 day)

When purchasing the 1 Week Subscription, you confirm that:

  1. You are 18 years old or older
  2. You accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  3. You agree that after the end of the initial period, your membership will be renewed automatically for a full price of $38.95 (excl. VAT) per month and further will be renewed every month until you unsubscribe
  4. Taxes will be calculated at the checkout.

When purchasing the 1 Month Subscription or 3 Month Subscription, you confirm that:

  1. You are 18 years old or older
  2. You accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  3. You agree that your membership will be renewed automatically for the same price of $38.95 or $66.65 (excl. VAT) per month or per 3 month accordingly
  4. Your subscription will be renewed at the start of each next billing period (28 days or 86 days) until you unsubscribe
  5. Taxes will be calculated at the checkout.

Payment method

Pay attention that we reserve the right to change fee rates. We will give you reasonable notice of any such fee rate changes by sending an email, posting them on or through our Website/App, or in another prominent way. If you don’t cancel your initial period and/or monthly package after such changes come into effect, you agree to be charged the new fee rates.

Subscription packages: 

The payment for the paid Services will be charged to the payment method you provided during the purchase, and it will occur upon confirmation of the purchase. By selecting a Service and subscribing for a initial period and/or monthly package, you agree to pay us the fees indicated in the terms of such a initial period and/or a monthly package. Such fees will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a initial period and/or a monthly package and will cover the use of that Service for a period as indicated. Payments are not refundable (including payments for unused part of an initial period and/or a monthly package). Even if you choose an installment payment basis and cancel your initial period and/or monthly package, you will have to pay all due fees. You agree that once you make a purchase, it is final and cannot be canceled, and the Company will not provide any refunds for the transaction, except where required by applicable law. However, the Company reserves the right to provide refunds at its discretion and subject to its published policies.

By submitting your payment card information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the appropriate fees to your payment card.

In the end of each initial period and/or monthly package such initial period and/or monthly package will be automatically prolongated and all applicable fees will be charged automatically except otherwise is specified in terms of such initial period and/or monthly package. The period of auto-renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed to you on the Website.

Cancellation Of An Initial Period And A Monthly Package

You can cancel your initial period and/or monthly package before their end by following our instructions mentioned below. It is your responsibility to know the expiry date of your initial period and/or monthly package.

Cancellation of a initial period before its end will mean that you waive your rights for subsequent initial periods unless we specify otherwise.

There are the following ways to cancel a initial period and/or a monthly package, depending on where you purchased them. In case you purchased a monthly package or activated a initial period on our Website, you can cancel a initial period and/or a monthly package in your profile. To prevent being charged, make sure to cancel a initial period and/or a monthly package before your initial period and/or monthly package expires.

Refund policy

If you are eligible for a refund, please request it by writing to [email protected], in case you purchased a monthly package or activated a initial period on our Website.

Pay attention that we reserve the right to issue refunds based on our own judgment and in accordance with relevant laws and policies, which may be periodically updated and made publicly available. Refunds will be granted if the request meets our criteria for acceptance. Kindly be aware that once your monthly package or activated initial period expires, we will be unable to issue a refund, as the Service will be considered fully utilized, unless stipulated otherwise by applicable legal provisions.

The translated versions of the Subscription Terms are provided solely for your convenience. In case of any discrepancies, disparities, or variations in meaning between the English version of the Subscription Terms and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
