Pay attention that we reserve the right to change fee rates. We will give you reasonable notice of any such fee rate changes by sending an email, posting them on or through our Website/App, or in another prominent way. If you don’t cancel your trial period and/or monthly package after such changes, come into effect, you agree to be charged the new fee rates.
The payment for the paid Services will be charged to the payment method you provided during the purchase, and it will occur upon confirmation of the purchase. By selecting a Service and subscribing for a trial period and/or monthly package, you agree to pay us the fees indicated in the terms of such a trial period and/or a monthly package. Such fees will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a trial period and/or a monthly package and will cover the use of that Service for a period as indicated. Payments are not refundable (including payments for unused part of a trial period and/or a monthly package). Even if you choose an installment payment basis and cancel your trial period and/or monthly package, you will have to pay all due fees. You agree that once you make a purchase, it is final and cannot be cancelled, and the Company will not provide any refunds for the transaction, except where required by applicable law. However, the Company reserves the right to provide refunds at its discretion and subject to its published policies.
By submitting your payment card information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the appropriate fees to your payment card.
At the end of each trial period and/or monthly package such trial period and/or monthly package will be automatically prolongated and all applicable fees will be charged automatically except otherwise specified in terms of such trial period and/or monthly package. The period of auto-renewal will be the same as your trial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed to you on the Website.
You can cancel your trial period and/or monthly package before their end by following our instructions mentioned below. It is your responsibility to know the expiry date of your trial period and/or monthly package.
Cancellation of a trial period before its end will mean that you waive your rights for subsequent trial periods unless we specify otherwise.
There are the following ways to cancel a trial period and/or a monthly package, depending on where you purchased them. In case you purchased a monthly package or activated a trial period on our Website, you can cancel a trial period and/or a monthly package in your profile. To prevent being charged, make sure to cancel a trial period and/or a monthly package before your trial period and/or monthly package expires.
If you are a resident of California or Connecticut, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date. If you are a resident of California who is 65 years of age or older, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the fifth business day following the purchase date.
Apart from the refund rights granted under applicable laws, you may be entitled to a refund if you did not achieve visible results with our Services, subject to all of the following conditions:
Unless otherwise specified by applicable legislation, if you purchase a single item of digital content, you expressly agree that such content will be made available to you immediately. As a result, you waive your right to withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchase our Service, which is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the Service. Therefore, if you have a right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation and choose to exercise this right, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the Service provided before you communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract. You acknowledge that once the Services have been fully performed by us, you will no longer have the right of withdrawal.

Kindly be aware that once your monthly package or activated trial period expires, we will be unable to issue a refund, as the Service will be considered fully utilized unless stipulated otherwise by applicable legal provisions.
These Subscription Terms are an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. The translated versions of the Subscription Terms are provided solely for your convenience. In case of any discrepancies, disparities, or variations in meaning between the English version of the Subscription Terms and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
