About Fitflow / Getting Started

FitFlow is a fitness and health cross-platforms service that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle and helps you achieve your fitness and health goals. We take into account your fitness level, lifestyle, and preferences to create a personalized plan just for you. It’s like having a personal trainer and nutritionist in your pocket! Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your flexibility, we’ve got you covered.

FitFlow provides you with all the guidance and tools you need to transform your body and mind. With a variety of workouts you’ll be able to stay on track with your healthy habits and achieve great results. And our challenges will help you stay focused and engaged.

To sign up for Fitflow, you can sign up directly from our website. Once you’ve signed up, follow the instructions to login to your account. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and a password during the sign up. We’ll also request you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us create a personalized plan for you.

We ask you to verify your FitFlow email address to ensure that you’re the owner of the email address you provided. This is a security measure to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.

Once you’ve completed the short questionnaire, our smart algorithm will create a personalized plan for you. You’ll be able to view it under ‘My Plan’. The plan will include your goals, workout routines, meal plans, and any courses or challenges that we think will help you achieve your fitness goals. You can access your plan anytime from within the service. If you have any questions or concerns about your plan, you can contact our support team via [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Using FitFlow

To change your profile information, go to: Profile > My Account. From there, you can update your email address, username, and password.

You can also do that simply by tapping Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Fitflow works on the basis of a monthly subscription fee.

You’ll be billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial subscription.

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email every time a payment is made.

To cancel your subscription and delete your account, go to: Profile > Subscriptions > turn off auto-renewal. From there, you can cancel your subscription. To delete your account, please contact our customer care via [email protected].

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email when your membership is canceled.

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-back Guarantee, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated in our policy or as required by applicable law.

Goals, Plans, and Workouts

Yes, you can modify your plan and change your goal anytime. Simply go to: Profile > Edit. From there, you can adjust your goals and preferences.

To access your plan, open the service on any browser and go to My Plan. There, you can view your daily goal and recommended workout plan for the day.

To access workout routines, open FitFlow and go to Workouts. There, you’ll see your recommended workout of the day.

FitFlow offers a variety of workouts, including fitness, cardio (low-impact and HIIT), boxing, resistance training. body pump, weightlifting, yoga, and stretching.

Yes, you can choose a different workout by going to Workouts and browsing the available options.

Each workout on Fitflow includes a difficulty level, ranging from beginner to advanced. You can also read the workout description and see featured exercises to get an idea of what the workout entails.

New workouts are added regularly to FitFlow. Keep an eye on the Workouts tab for the latest additions.

Challenges

Challenges on FitFlow are consistent and progressive plans with simple steps that you can take to achieve a specific goal, such as completing 30 days of doing planks. By participating in challenges, you can push your limits and stay motivated throughout your journey.

We provide a range of challenges, including complimentary options accessible to all users. Premium challenges necessitate an additional purchase for activation.

Fitflow challenges are designed to fit into your busy schedule. The tasks are usually simple and don’t require a lot of time, but they do require commitment to achieve your goal. Whether you have a few minutes or a full hour, you can find a challenge that suits your preferences and lifestyle.

To join a challenge, open FitFlow, go to Challenges and choose a challenge that interests you. Once you’ve selected a challenge, you can start working towards your goal.

To track your progress in a challenge, you can view your daily goal on the home page of FitFlow. Once you’ve completed the task, simply tick it off and move on to the next day.
