Subscription Packages
On our Website, the Company can offer subscription packages for further access to features and areas within the Website. In general, we offer monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription packages.
Except where otherwise inapplicable or prohibited by law, we may, at our sole discretion, alter or terminate any subscription offer, your ability to access the Service during the subscription period, or any of these conditions without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
We may also offer additional premium features during your use. Such premium features will be provided for an additional fee, separate from the fee for subscription packages.
Payment Method
Pay attention that we reserve the right to change our fee rates at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such fee rate changes by sending an email, posting them on or through our Website/App, or in another prominent way. If you don’t cancel your subscription after such changes come into effect, you agree to be charged the new fee rates.
The payment for the paid Services will be charged to the payment method you provided during the purchase, and it will occur upon confirmation of the purchase. By selecting a Service and subscribing to a monthly, 3-month, or 6-month package, you agree to pay us the fees indicated for the selected package. Such fees will be charged on a pre-payment basis on the date of subscription and will cover the use of that Service for the corresponding subscription period. Payments are not refundable (including payments for any unused portion of the subscription period). Even if you choose an instalment payment basis and cancel your subscription, you will have to pay all due fees for the selected subscription term. You agree that once you make a purchase, it is final and cannot be cancelled, and the Company will not provide any refunds for the transaction, except where required by applicable law. However, the Company reserves the right to provide refunds at its discretion and subject to its published policies.
By submitting your payment card information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the appropriate fees to your payment card. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment card, billing details, and contact information remain accurate and up to date.
At the end of each subscription period (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month), your subscription will be automatically prolonged and all applicable fees will be charged automatically, except otherwise specified in terms of your subscription. The period of auto-renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed to you on the Website.
Cancellation Of a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month package) before the end of its current period by following our instructions mentioned below. It is your responsibility to know your subscription’s expiry date.
There are the following ways to cancel your subscription, depending on where you purchased it. In case you purchased your subscription on our Website, you can cancel it in your account profile. To prevent being charged for the next renewal period, make sure that the cancellation is completed before the current subscription period expires.
Refund policy
Apart from the refund rights granted under applicable laws, you may be entitled to a refund if you did not achieve visible results with our Services, subject to all of the following conditions:
- You shall contact us within 28 days of yourinitialpurchase and before the end of your current subscription period.
- You shall have followed our program for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 28 daysafter
- You shall be able to provide evidence that you followed the program by sending us screenshots from the Website and/or the App proving that you have finished at least 7 workouts, meditation, or other sessions within the first 28 days after the purchase.
For California and Connecticut residents
If you are a resident of California or Connecticut, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date. If you are a resident of California who is 65 years of age or older, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the fifth business day following the purchase date.
For European Union and the United Kingdom residents
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchased digital services, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day on which the Company is informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used by the User. The User may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us of their decision to withdraw from a contract. Such notification must be made by sending a clear statement of that decision either by post or via email [email protected].
You may, but are not required to, use the model withdrawal form provided below. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise specified by applicable legislation, if you purchase a single item of digital content, you expressly agree that such content will be made available to you immediately. As a result, you waive your right to withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchase our Service, which is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the Service. Therefore, if you have a right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation and choose to exercise this right, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the Service provided before you communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract. You acknowledge that once the Services have been fully performed by us, you will no longer have the right of withdrawal.
For Quebec residents
If you are a resident of Quebec, you have a legal right to cancel a contract for Services that involve sequential performance.
However, when you purchase a single item of digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate availability of that content. As a result, the cancellation rights described in this section do not apply to you, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you have subscribed to the Service, you may cancel your contract at any time by submitting the attached form or any other written notice expressing your decision to cancel. Such notice must be sent to VitalCore USA Inc. or via email at [email protected]. Your notice must include a clear and unambiguous statement of your decision to cancel (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use, but are not required to use, the model cancellation form below.

If you purchase our Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Service may commence immediately upon purchase. In accordance with the Québec Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel this contract within the period prescribed by law by providing us with written notice. Except where otherwise prohibited by applicable law, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the Service has commenced, we may deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the portion of the Service already rendered prior to receipt of your cancellation notice. You also acknowledge that once the Service has been fully performed, your right to cancel will no longer apply.
For Australian and New Zealand residents
If you are a resident of Australia or New Zealand, in the event of a major or substantial failure wih the Service, you have the right to:
- cancel your contract and get a refund for the parts of the Service not already consumed; or
- keep the contract and get compensation for the difference in the Service delivered and what you paid for.
If a failure of the Service does not constitute a major or substantial failure, you are entitled to have the issue remedied within a reasonable timeframe. Should the failure not be rectified within that period, you may cancel your contract for the Service and obtain a refund for the unused portion.

If you purchased a subscription package through the App Store or Google Play, the payment is processed directly by Apple or Google, and not by us. Accordingly, any refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant platform:
- App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, please follow the instructions provided on the Apple support page.
- Google Play: If you are eligible for a refund, please follow the instructions provided on the Google’s support page.
Pay attention that we reserve the right to issue refunds based on our own judgment and in accordance with relevant laws and policies, which may be periodically updated and made publicly available. Refunds will be granted if the request meets our criteria for acceptance. Kindly be aware that once your subscription package expires, we will be unable to issue a refund, as the Service will be considered fully utilized unless stipulated otherwise by applicable legal provisions.

These Subscription Terms are an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
The translated versions of the Subscription Terms are provided solely for your convenience. In case of any discrepancies, disparities, or variations in meaning between the English version of the Subscription Terms and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
